01.

We will accurately grasp the environmental burden of our business activities and the results of our efforts, and will carry out the following environmental activities appropriate to the business activities of our factory.

①. We will strive to conserve energy and reduce CO2 emissions to prevent global warming.

②. We will promote waste reduction and recycling.

③. We will work to reduce water resources (discharge volume).

④. We will strive to properly manage chemical substances.

We will set environmental management goals and review them annually, and will continuously improve our environmental management system while also taking voluntary and proactive steps to reduce the environmental burden.

We will comply with environmental laws, regulations, and other regulated matters.

Birthday leave, founding anniversary leave (April 1),

Congratulatory or condolence leave, annual paid leave (10 days from the 6th month of the first year)

We will provide environmental education to ensure that all employees understand the environmental management policy, are fully aware of their roles, and act in accordance with this policy, and we will make this known to all employees and publicly disclose it in the "Environmental Activity Report."

労働安全衛生法をはじめとする関係法令を遵守し、職場内の危険箇所や不安全行動の改善を継続的に行います。
整理・整頓・清掃・清潔・しつけ（5S）を徹底し、安全で快適な作業環境を維持します。

労働災害の防止

設備の定期点検や作業手順の見直しを通じ、事故・災害の未然防止に努めます。
安全教育やミーティングなどを通じて、安全意識の向上を図ります。

健康管理の推進

定期健康診断を確実に実施し、社員の健康状態を把握します。
必要に応じて医療機関との連携を行い、早期の対応・相談ができる体制を整えます。

コミュニケーションの重視

上司・同僚間の声かけや日常的な対話を通じて、体調変化や職場の不安などを共有しやすい職場風土づくりに努めます。
社員一人ひとりの意見や提案を尊重し、より良い職場環境の実現を目指します。

継続的な改善

安全衛生活動や健康管理の取り組み状況を定期的に見直し、改善を重ねていきます。
