エーケーでは、ダイカストマシンごとに設定されたショット数を超えると、
自動的に集中溶解炉で溶解した高温の溶湯を全自動配湯装置でホットチャージする仕組みを採用しています。
インゴットを直接投入する際に起こる溶湯温度の低下を防ぎ、溶湯の品質を常に安定させることが可能です。
また、溶湯面を一定に保つことで、金型への溶湯の流れが安定し、気泡やムラの発生を抑制します。
その結果、内部品質が高く、寸法精度や外観も優れた製品を製造することが可能です。
